1. Are the samples free of cost?

Yes they are. There is no charge for previously printed / non-printed samples but we do have to ask you to bear the cost of sending the samples to you. We will use your FedEx, UPS or any international courier company to send you the samples.

In case you have a specific sample that is required to be made from scratch then we do ask you to pay for sample and use your courier company. But we will refund the sample money back to you if you place an order with us.

2. Do you do small quantities?

Yes we do. For further details please contact us.

3. I would like to print or monogram my company’s name/logo or message. How much does that cost?

We do the printing and monograming of company’s name/logo. We will need the artwork of the design from you. Please contact us for costing details.

4. What are my shipping options? How long does it take?

There are two options for you to choose from: Sea Shipping and Air Shipping.

Sea shipping usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks and is the cheapest.

Air Shipping usually takes anywhere between 10 and 12 days and costs a bit more than sea shipment.

5. What if I want another style or something special developed? What if I need something lower priced?

If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for, tell us what you’d like and your budget for that product. We can usually work out a great solution for you.

6. Do you use child labor?

No we don’t. We are run by Indian Government compliance Law.
